Believe the reviews, everything was good. Staff were nice, had a really great stay for a 'Fringe' visit. I thoroughly enjoyed location, it was great, very close to resturaunts, grocery store and the Edinburgh Castle.

Everything was really good. Extremely helpful people working there. Got a shower and bath sheets, available in the bathroom. Breakfast with lots of milk and bread etc for different tastes.
Couldn't find kettle.

Very very good stay for a 'Fringe' visit, very good bedroom and clean bathroom. Very helpful staff, always smiling. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges for cooking. Absolutely perfect setting in close proximity to shops. Nestled right by town centre, the Edinburgh Castle and the Holyrood Palace, and Holyrood.

I've stayed here before, very good as always. Its location was unbeatable, 1 km from Royal Mile. And I loved being close to a museum and a palace. The train station located next to the venue was an advantage. Staff were efficient and pleasant, they made it a lovely place to stay.

Spacious, clean room with good amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location close to supermarkets and restaurants.
Noisy courtyard outside window, uncomfortable bed, and small shower. Some maintenance issues were not fixed during the stay.
